Dear Reader,
How do you deal with the different faces of your life? That's what I am facing right now, here on my web-site, neglected for nearly a year, while I was moving house twice.
You are all again in my heart, after many months of needing to deal with 'life' and move flat to something a) more affordable and then b) more long-term. Alongside all the worldly concerns of finances and possible provision, I was also caught up with an invitation to write on Substack, and Medium.
These led me to different perspectives and I was encouraged to see the possibilities of my on-line work being to converted to a guided Journal. Thus my 4 month One to One LIFTER* programme became a Journal, 'From Weeping to Joy in Trust: A Guided Journal for the Way, the Truth, and the Life Remade in Love.' Needless to say this took all my strength, and constant prayer, to keep going!

But now my feet and body are grounded in a flat I can afford, in a place I was led to, and with the Guided Journal complete, I have a will to 'tidy up my life and work'. I see that the Website SEO is still drawing people to my blogs, and I find I need again, the facility provided by the website. Yet, in order to serve others, it needs some TLC (Tender Loving Care!). So I started to consider the Comments that people had left on the blogs they had read. Thank you all who accepted the boundaries I had set for comments.
But in facing the reality of 'Overcoming.live' - what do I do with over 300,000 comments?
Over the months I have tried, in small drops of time, to manage them but I realise that many 'comments' have little to do with the content of the blogs. Some are asking me about the website - and what platform should my questioner go for? Others want to know how I can advise them about starting a blog.... or how I created the design of the site?
I started at one time trying to answer these questions but I realise this is not my calling because most of the time I do not know the answer! Either I was given grace to persevere with a problem, or someone appeared who helped me! Once I had surmounted the technical problem I was back focussing on its purpose.
I could have told them,'Where there is a will - there is a way.' In other words we will be led to the Way if there is a Divine purpose for what we seek to do. Google is a ready help - and there are other 'how to?' sources like YouTube videos, if you are in need. So if you are one of those who asked me a question - forgive me for not personally responding - but be encouraged to have confidence that if its a real need - keep asking and looking and taking responsibility for finding the answer - and you'll find it in precisely the way that speaks to you and serves God's purposes.
Other responders have clearly deeply appreciated what I have written through the Love of God, (particularly the 'Hope is Alive' blog). It seems they had been touched deep within by the Spirit of Truth that draws us to the Mystery of Life, and the day by day groundedness of God's Love and provision...as we 'Seek, knock and ask'. Strangely (?) they didn't ask me for anything - maybe because they had already received it within them!! Yet in the spirit of reciprocity some did ask for a payment button so they could make a donation. I guess the 'Do you want to make a Donation' link on the Header did not catch their eye. But I thank them for their desire to bless this work. It would be appreciated. I have again been encouraged to add the link to all blogs>
BUT -can I share my problem with you dear reader - the other categories of response to the blogs? Some readers are asking me if I have a problem with SPAM comments... And what do I do about it? I have not responded to these questions or the SPAM itself - because I do not know the answer.
I started deleting the spam and praying blessings on these people because 'they knew not what they do'.... But there are so many. It takes a lot of time....and though I do not consider the time I spend blessing these people, a waste of time (there is no-one God does not love) it leads me short of time for other tasks - and I am left holding their cross and mine.
So dear Readers,
Let me share the results of my deliberations - what I will ask of you-all , and what I undertake to TRY and provide in relation to things that you have asked me about.
- I will get help to tidy up the 'Comments' area and from a cleared platform make it clear that:

- Only comments related to the subject of the blog and which might be useful for other readers are invited:
- I cannot respond to technical comments or questions...
My undertaking:
- I will try and sort out the problems of people getting multiple copies of other people's comments:
- I will look into the degree to which my contact details will be made accessible;
- And I will seek to put a donation button near the 'Comments' portal, or in each Blog post..
And I undertake to continue posting to help you listen in your Heart, and encourage you to search for our relationship with the Divine, hidden in all of us helping you to overcome the stumbling blocks both within ourselves, and those within life around us . With that help may we find Joy in Trust..and the Way of Service, Peace and Love.
