It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut, whether you are a practising Christian, or not. We start to ‘know what to do’ and use the same thinking, the same actions and get stuck in a rut that gets deeper, and makes more and more demands without love..

What if we believe what Jesus says to us? ‘Come to Me all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest’.
